Introduction to the Product

The Eurosens DDS axle load sensor is designed to measure the displacement of a vehicle’s leaf spring suspension. Its operation is based on converting the sensor lever’s rotation angle into an output voltage using a magnetoresistive sensing element as the transducer.
The sensor is mounted on the vehicle chassis, while a vertical linkage from the mounting kit connects to the axle. When the suspension deflects under load, this movement causes the rod to move vertically, resulting in the rotation of the DDS sensor’s shaft arm.
A Hall-effect sensor is used as the transducer to generate an output signal corresponding to the angular position of the swivel arm, which changes with the axle load. To translate this output signal into axle load values (in kilograms), the system must be calibrated using vehicle scales.

⚠️ Mandatory Save Command

After completing configuration, execute this to save and apply changes:

SET CUMR:2

✅ Step 3: Verify Fuel Data Transmission

Once configured, the device automatically starts transmitting real-time Axle sensor data.

🔍 Validation Checklist

  • Monitor telemetry packets on your server.
  • Confirm:
    • Analog data is present.
    • Values update periodically.
    • Readings are accurate and consistent.
